The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning, excellent software skills, and a solid understanding of scheduling methodologies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Civil Engineering accepted but not preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Planning Engineer.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong skills in Primavera P6—schedule creation, updates, and analysis.
• Solid understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) and other techniques like PERT.
• Experience in:
• Building and tracking baseline schedules.
• Identifying delays and preparing recovery plans.
• Resource loading and leveling.
• Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Creating schedule reports and presentations.
• PMI-SP certification or similar scheduling credential is preferred.
